Pacific whale foundation does some amazing work with the humpback whales, spinner dolphins and other marine mammals. They run some great boat trips for snorkeling and whale watching, which depart from in Lahaina, just 10 minutes away. The museum and headquarters is in Maalea, about 30 minutes south.
